This is informative program teaches the natural history of wild baby animals with the message "Don't Touch That Baby." Taxidermy mounts of baby animals (raccoons, squirrels, cottontails, opossums, deer, beaver and skunks) commonly found in yards, gardens and parks in the Spring will be on display. Participants will learn about each of the animals and will be encouraged to leave them in their natural environment. Information on how to determine if the animal really needs our help will also be provided. A live owl will part of this program since mammals form a large part of their diets.
