Yoto Player

We are excited to announce the latest addition to our collection –

Mini Yoto Players! These screen-free audio players are designed

for kids age 3 to 12+. Check out a player and choose from our

collection of Yoto cards for a world of stories, music, learning and

adventure.

The library now offers four Yoto Player kits. Each kit includes a Yoto Mini, a protective travel case and wireless headphones. Players circulate for two weeks, and patrons may check out one at a time. (Local holds only; patrons from other libraries must come to Leavenworth to check them out.) We also circulate Yoto Cards, pre-downloaded for easy listenting. Patrons may check out up to 9 cards for two weeks. Cards work with libary Yoto Players, personal Yoto Players, or the free Yoto app.

Our Yoto Card Collection includes bestselling and award-winning content such as Harry Potter, Magic Tree House, Paw Patrol, Disney stories and more. Content is designed for a wide range of ages, from preschool through elementary school.

Listening to Stories Without a Yoto Player

You do not need a Yoto Player to enjoy Yoto Cards. You can listen using the free Yoto app on a phone or tablet that supports NFC.

How to use library Yoto Cards in the app:

• Download the free Yoto app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Create a free Yoto account or sign in to your existing account.
• Open the Yoto app and tap the physical Yoto Card to the back of your phone or tablet.
• The app will recognize the card and add the audio to your library.
• You can listen right away or download the content in the app to listen offline.

With the app, kids can enjoy the same screen-free listening experience using headphones or a speaker, whether at home, in the car or on the go.
